Split a mnk database and merge a new one....

Split and Merge Files

If needed, you can split a mnk database and merge it as a new database with only the preferred notes. 

• Click on Tools-Split and Merge Files command.

• Click on Add Files... button to add the mnk database which you want to split. 

• Browse and select the mnk database and click on Open. 

• The database has been opened and split in several Notes.  
• Select the Notes that should be merged and click on Save button. 

• Browse the location, give a name to the new database and click on Save button. 

• As you can see, the new database is created. 

• The new database contains only the selected Notes "Main" and "Software".
