How to convert the Item into several formats.....

Send To

This command has 6 sub commands where you can choose from.  

1. Email Content
2. Save Content To File
3. Printer
4. Desktop Link (Internet Shortcut)
5. Desktop Link (File Shortcut)
6. Blog Accounts

Email Content

• Use this command to send the selected item as an email content. The selected item will open in your local email program and is ready to be sent. 

• The following window will appear. Select your choice and click on OK. 
  
  

• Your email program will  open automatically and your selected item will be ready for sending. 

Save Content To File

• This command will save the selected Item as a file (document). You can choose several formats. Choose the location, give it a name, choose the format and click on Save. 

Printer

• This command will Print the Selected Item. Choose your printer and click on Print. 

Desktop Link (Internet Shortcut)

Desktop Link (File Shortcut)

• This command will make a shortcut of the selected Item and paste it automatically on to your desktop.
  When you open this shortcut from your desktop, it will open MyNotesKeeper and go directly to the Item. 

Blog Account

• This command will upload the selected Item to your Blog Account. Click on New Account and configure your blog settings. You can choose from several Blog Providers.
