Scan URL's

Sometimes there are URL's which are not activated. This means that clicking on the URL will not open the containing page or Web Site. We usually recognize active URL's by the blue color and underlining. 

• For example
  this is a non active url -->  http://www.mynoteskeeper.com
  this is an active url --> http://www.mynoteskeeper.com 

There a 2 ways to turn non active URL's into active. 

1. Click with your mouse on the end of a URL and use the "space" key on your keyboard. This will automatically turn the inactive URL into active one. 

2. Click on Format-Special Edit-Scan URLs command. This command will search and find all of the inactive URL's and turn them into active URL's.

• Double click on a URL to open the linked page.
