Preview your page before printing... |
Print Preview Print Preview displays the document (or a subset of it) as it would appear when printed, including font selections, margins, and other choices. Note that because your display's resolution is much lower than that of your printer (by as much as 10:1), the preview display will not be exact, though it should be reasonably close. There are many other factors which may influence the preview, such as the quality of the printer's drivers and whether selected fonts are available for display. You can click on various elements of the preview display to see what they do. The Print Preview toolbar offers you options to view either one or two pages at a time. Move back and forth through the document. Zoom in and out of pages; and initiate a print job.
