Attachments List

Attachments are different format of files like documents, images, zip files or even exe files which you can import into your mnk database. 

Because these attachments are fully imported into your database, you don't need to save the same documents in your windows folders. You can directly open - edit and save it within MyNotesKeeper.

• To view all of the attachments, click on Edit-Attachments List command. 
• You can also use the CTRL+L keys to open the Attachments List window. 

• There are several futures within the Attachments List window.
• You can filter (search) attachments by using the Search box.
• You can filter your search by choosing a particular Note tab by clicking on the Notes box. 

• Double click with your mouse or hit the ENTER key to go to the Item which owns the selected attachment. 
• For example, if you double click on the attachment "MyNotesKeeper.chm", it will jump to the main Item
   "Why My Notes Keeper". 

Sorting the attachments

• You can sort the attachments in alphabetical order by clicking on the Name bar. 

Available information 

• You can view lots of other info like the available comments, the size of the attachment, when the attachment has been modified and has been created. 

Target (Hyperlinks within the attachment pane)

• You can choose to make a hyperlink to a file instead of importing it to MNK. In this case you will see an address on the Target column.
