Attachment Pane

An Attachment can be a file or image or a document like DOC, XLS, PDF etc. These attachments can be added to the desired topics. These attachment will be a part of your database and can be opened and modified if the format of the document allows this. 

For example, PDF, CHM or EXE files can't be modified. 

But DOC, XLS, PPT, RTF, BMP like files can be modified. 

With View-Attachment Pane command, you can choose to hide this pane or keep it visible any time. You can also choose it to be detected automatically, means if there is no attachment attached, the Attachment Pane will be hidden automatically. 

• You will see this pane at the bottom of your content page.
